The below registration documents are required for International Students and players whom parents have a Work Visa.

International Student:

• IIHF Letter of Approval (LOA) (Note: You do not have obtain the signature or approval from your national federation.)
• BC Hockey Declaration of Residence Form
• Letter of support from previous association, if available
• Letter of support from AMHA (provided)
• Copy of student visa
• Proof of medical coverage
• School registration or confirmation letter from school
• Proof of residence - 2 pieces
• Player Registration Form
• Application for Player Movement (if player played previously)
• Birth Certificate
• Copy of player’s passport

Work Visa:

These situations involve non-Canadian parents who are residing in Canada on a long term work permit (e.g. embassy or consulate employees, professional athletes, international corporation employees here for a specific job or time frame). The parents must provide a copy of the appropriate work visa.
