Generic AMHA Merchandise

Each supplier has gone through an approval process with AMHA and is authorized to offer merchandise with the AMHA logo on approved colours. Player names or numbers may be added to the merchandise. Sponsorship logos may also be added as long as the AMHA logo is the most prominent logo and the sponsorship logo is not unbecoming to AMHA.

Specialized Designs

Teams may also choose one of the preapproved designs an approved supplier offers (see supplier brochures below). Preapproval of designs eliminates delays in ordering. Teams may not request their own specialized designs.

As a reminder, REP teams must order merchandise that displays the AMHA logo in a prominent position.

Placing Orders

Managers can contact the approved supplier for pricing and order details. Suppliers can offer a variety of brands and print options to meet each team's budget and desires.

Letters

Letters(C & As) will be provided to teams along with their equipment. Teams will be charged the cost of the letters. Letters must be sewn onto jerseys by an AMHA approved seamstress as we need to protect the longevity of the jerseys.

• Use the following form to request application of letters and a committee member will contact you to make arrangements. Turn around time with the seamstress is usually less than 48 hrs.

Name Bars - Orders & Application

Name Bars must be ordered from an approved supplier and applied by an approved professional.

• If you would like to use Fraser Valley Cresting you must use the following form to request and place your order.
• If you would like to another approved supplier request approval from your director before ordering.

• AMHA's apparel committee will complete and process the order with Fraser Valley Cresting.
• After submission of your order, using this form, a representative from the AMHA Apparel committee will be in touch with you within 48 hours. This representative will arrange your jersey drop-off and pick-up time.
• FVC will bill AMHA and the AMHA Treasurer will charge your team with the AMHA transfer (when jersey deposits, etc. are taken).

AMHA Policy requires that all name bar applications are ordered and professionally sewed on. This is not only to keep a consistent look in our association but to keep our jerseys in good condition.

Name Bars - Removal

Once you know when you'll be able to collect team jerseys, please complete the form below to request your drop off time. After you complete the form, you will be contacted to confirm your drop-off time and the drop-off address.
