Picture Day Instructions: November 4, 2018 (please note the clocks turn back this day)

Picture day will be taking place at MSA arena in the far section of the lobby by the main office. Players will line up inside the rink facilities against the bleachers where they will be able to sit and put on their skates. They will be brought in through the far set of doors to the lobby for photos and will then exit then exit past the concession stand. Please have your teams enter through the main doors at the change room end of the arena, as the other doors will be locked.

RED AMHA JERSEYS OR OFFICIAL SPONSORED JERSEYS MUST BE WORN. NO BLACK OR WHITE! YOU WILL BE MADE TO CHANGE AND WILL BE MOVED DOWN THE LINE UNTIL THIS IS DONE.

Please advise your team to be dressed and ready to line up 15 minutes before your scheduled picture time so that you can have them arranged in the order that you have written down on your team roster. Please include the players names that are missing as they will get a team photo. This roster form has been included with your order forms. This must be brought with you to picture day!

As dressing rooms are limited due to ongoing games and practices only those that are unable to travel dressed will be able to use the change rooms. This includes Goalies, Peewee, Bantam, Midget players. There will only be 2 dressing rooms available so you will have to SHARE. All Atom and Tyke/Novice players must come dressed as there will be no dressing rooms available during your photo shoot times.

If you miss your picture time there will be a retake day, will let you know the date as soon as I know. The photographer will not come out to individual ice times. A list of individuals not in attendance on picture day should be forwarded by each coach to me ASAP, so that I may contact them individually for the retake schedule.

Thank you,
